Since
2005, ANGERIS intervenes on behalf of large users owning or operating
an important housing stock either for private companies or public
companies. We have developed a recognized expertise in the fields of
technical audit of buildings or the development of real estate assets.
We rely on rigorous methods and skilled consultants : • Senior consultants and graduates of the ESTP Engineering School, ESSEC Business School or CNAM, • Some consultants are RICS’ Chartered Surveyors and teach at the ESSEC Business School and the ESPI Real Estate Management School • At the end of each collaboration, we are conducting a satisfaction survey.
