After various responsibilities within the directorates, Real Estate Finance and Marketing of Credit Lyonnais, Benedict was responsible for the management of property assets to Credit Lyonnais before founding Angers in 2005. Charter Surveyors, MRICS accompanies customers Angers mainly on the audit of their real estate and assisting them in Asset Management. On the other hand, it is in the office of the Club Essec real estate since 2003.
