- The commercial pre-sales management (including responses to invitations to tender, proposal writings)
- Quality management of our missions (permanent listening of
the clients by our consultants, formal follow-up meetings of each
mission are provided with the client ...)
- The management of the quality process (each task is associated with the client qualities constraints).
- The management of the beginning of mission with the
consultants (a collection of the customer relations history, the
expectations ...)
- The management of the end of mission (synthesis with the client, sharing the know-how ...)
- The knowledge capitalisation (management of an internal knowledge data base)
- Managing the training of our consultants (regular and appropriate to our business)
- The annual assessment (analysis of the past, identification of lines of evolution, future policy)
