2005: birth

To meet the growing demands of economic and social actors vis-à-vis real estate, we have created Angeris. Our offer is directed "any property".

2005-2006: our first steps, our early success
- First mission on behalf of SOFILO, landholding company of the EDF Group, to set up a master plan for real estate information system
- Retained by LCL bank to conduct a technical audit about a hundred of Credit Lyonnais company properties
- Selected by Air Liquide company in management assistance for the construction of a housing on the site of Vitry sur Seine (ICPE site)`

2007-2008: ANGERIS decides to expand its offer by positioning itself to answer to the whole problems encountered in real estate management
- Development of mission in management assistance and in management of office operations from 6500 sq m to over 15 000 sq m.
- Development of lease management missions for reducing the cost of vacant area
- Creation of the Department of People Management and the establishment of 27 training modules.

ANGERIS is a profitable company since the inception and its share is stable. Since the beginning, its strategy remains the same: always offering a very high quality of service.

ANGERIS is celebrating its 6th anniversary of service to its customers this year. For the fifth consecutive year, our turnover has increased of more than 50%.
