A mission type 'plan' consists of :

  • A complete tour of the site to validate and complete the list of works and installations by components
  • An assessment of the state structures and components;
  • An estimate of the state of use or wear;
  • An estimate of the quality of maintenance;
  • An estimate of the residual life of structures and facilities;
  • A determination of the urgency of interventions;
  • Programming of interventions necessary to maintain or regain the good condition of facilities;
  • An estimate of the cost of these interventions;
  • An evaluation of the nine components of the work.
